We want you to love your JELANTI HOUSE purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, items that have been personalized or custom-made are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
